Netball friendly

yesterday, ade netball friendly!! dah lame tak main..
dah berkarat.. main GD. that is goal defend..
tapi tersalah masuk area, sampai kena penalty (actually, tak dipanggil penalty, tapi xtau panggil ape.. huh)
pastu tak boleh macam2.. let me list the forbiddens:

1) tak boleh gerak kaki
2) no body contacts
3) tak boleh msuk area orang.. (arghhhh asyik terlupe)
4) if jadi GK, tak boleh defend less than 3feet from the GS (jauh gila defend,
patutla dia shoot asyik masuk.. sigh)
5) tak boleh pegang tiang gol time opponent shooting!! saya buat nih.. haha
pastu kena penalty.. n kena duduk sebelah the GS sambil dia shoot. funny!

but, in the end, we WON!! team futsal menang! yay! and yang kalah tu bayar court..
hehe.. jimat duit i.. boleh beli head bands lagi..
